Agreed Report
This meeting was the first official meeting of the new Board. The Principal’s Report given by Fiona underlined the difficulties imposed by changes in the budget.
French lessons may end due to the abolition of the Modern Languages in The Primary Schools Initiative. Discussions are on-going.
The capitation grant has been reduced by a further 2% per pupil.
Minor maintenance grants have been stopped.

Parent / Teacher Meeting Day - Thursday 9th February 2012
Normal 2.00pm closure for Infant classes.
School closes for all other classes at 2:45pm to facilitate these meetings.
All buses will be available at 2:45pm for all children who avail of school bus transport. |

Date for Parent Teacher Meeting will now take place on Thursday 9th February 2012 (times to be advised closer to this date).
Please also note Mid Term Break in February 2012 will be for 5 days, weather permitting. See note at end of school calendar.

School re-opens for new academic year on Thursday 1st September 2011.

School will be closed from 31st October to 4th November (inclusive) – Mid Term Break.
